So eager were Mum and I for our holiday, that we rocked up to the caravan site three hours too early to check in! There was nothing for it but to get some lunch and head to the beach for a paddle. Sadly, St Mary's is a dog free beach so we had a walk along the prom with Domino on the lead, and then, when Mum and I were ready to get our feet wet, Domino was banished to the car!

St Mary's Bay, Kent
So eager were Mum and I for our holiday, that we rocked up to the caravan site three hours too early to check in! There was nothing for it but to get some lunch and head to the beach for a paddle. Sadly, St Mary's is a dog free beach so we had a walk along the prom with Domino on the lead, and then, when Mum and I were ready to get our feet wet, Domino was banished to the car!

Holiday Randoms - New Romney - September 2022
Back in September 2022, Mum and I had a few days in a caravan down in Kent. Sheila and Alan also booked the same days in another caravan in Kent, a few miles down the road! We had a lovely few days, sometimes spending the day with Sheila and Alan, and sometimes doing things on our own for the day and meeting for catch ups in the evenings. It was fab. We laughed so much, but we also shed a few tears - the Queen died while we were there! We walked loads, we ate and drank and enjoyed the sea air and the fabulous company.
So privileged to have times like these.

Peddars Way
On a beautifully warm and sunny day in September 2022, Domino and I continued our trek along the Peddars Way. Because the parking opportunities are few and far between on the route from Wretham towards Thompson Water, we walked a there and back this time. I'm still not sure I can trust Domino on public transport!

Seeds and Stuff - September 2022
The only photo I seem to have for September 2022 is this one of me posing in front of Auntie June's Hebe which is clearly much taller than I am. This was originally a small cutting from the original which was cut on the day of Auntie June's funeral and given to all those of us who were horticulturally minded! Mine has done so well that it's enormous and it's now my turn to take cuttings and pass on to others.
