60th Birthday Celebrations

 As we all get older, we celebrate birthdays less and less - it's enough just for us to be together relaxing.

We always have Domino with us anyway so there aren't that many opportunities for celebrating, not that we mind of course.

And what exactly do you get the man who has everything for his 60th birthday?   A hammock, that's what!    Somewhere to chill and where he can sleep out in the awning in the summer when the caravan bed is way too hot.

And even if it is your birthday, if you make the best roast in the world, it's still your job!   Although I did make him a cake!

Other People's Gardens - July 2021

 I do feel very invested in this garden - as I'd provided plant suggestions which were all taken up!   And so I've seen it from the very beginning, being planted up and now being maintained.   

I wish I could say I'd been instrumental in Mum's garden also, but all I tend to do is the weeding and carting compost about!
