Seeds and Stuff - September 2021

 I do love a bonfire!   And towards the autumn is a good time to have a proper clear out of everything in the garden.  And not so many neighbours having their washing out on the line either!

Odds and Sods - September 2021

 September 2021 was just about being kind to ourselves following the loss of my Dad.   I took a number of weeks off work and spent the time knitting, dressmaking, walking Domino, etc.  I actually couldn't focus on anything else.

I did, however, spend a lovely evening with Mary, my oldest friend - we met at school when we were seven years old!   Mary and Nigel came to Great Yarmouth for a few days before heading up to York so we arranged to see each other - such a lovely treat.

Upton Staithe and Acle

 Domino is such a joy to walk with - this was one of our first longer walks - a six mile or so circular around Acle.   Considering he was only ten months old, he was very happy to keep going.   

Peddars Way

 Back in July 2021, Domino and I started the Peddars Way walk starting at Knettishall Heath.   This was Domino's first big walk and I was incredibly proud of him.  What a little star.

We had another go at it in August - again, only about five or six miles - but it was slightly more tricky in that there were more people around and Domino really doesn't like people very much!  It's good to get some miles in - Domino is a joy to walk with.
