Buxton

It was a very cold and wet day when we visited Buxton, although that didn't stop us from having a good mooch and lunch out.   Nice to get back to the cottage afterwards though for a sofa snooze and to warm up!

 

Gatecrashing Holidays

 Back in November 2022, Amanda and Mum had booked to go on holiday to Derbyshire for a week and I decided to hijack their week and go along for a few days!   We went in two cars obviously and I arranged to meet Mum and Amanda en route in Chesterfield.

A lovely town, worth exploring, and a great start to my few days away.

Birthday Trip to the Beach!

 Not my birthday of course - Domino's!   On 31 October 2022, we headed to Bacton on a lovely sunny, but cold, day.  And, as a bonus, we had the beach totally to ourselves.

And the rest of the photos were taken at Sheringham, where, of course, we had a cream tea.

I can't remember if this was the same day - the reason I'm wondering is that Shannon is wearing the same jumper!
