Severn Way Saunters

In December 2018, Andy moved job down to the west country, to work on the Hinckley Point power station project.   I was so sad that he went, as he'd been working in Norfolk for eighteen months, so we'd had all that time together and I'd forgotten what it was like for him to work away.  The bonus about where he works now is that it's a fabulous place to explore, and it feels like going on holiday each time I go down to the caravan.

Our caravan is at Pilning, which is about a mile inland from the Severn estuary, and slap bang between the two bridges into Wales.   To walk from the caravan to the river and then along to either of the bridges, is about a four mile walk in total, perfect for an afternoon bimble.
