Lindisfarne Condensed

The day we went to Lindisfarne, our walk was somewhat curtailed by some quite major ongoing works to the castle, which meant a very narrow passageway to walk along with a lot of people negotiating the path - and Finn does NOT like to be hemmed in! 

We did manage a bit of a walk along the foreshore but it was pretty grey and cold.

Also, we were quite keen to stock up on goodies at Lindisfarne Winery - we were in Christmas shopping mode!  I can't remember exactly how many bottles we bought but we were pretty laden down which meant a much slower walk back to the car!
